    Marketing Automation Specialist

     

    Are you a data-driven marketing professional with a passion for leveraging cutting-edge technology to create impactful customer experiences? Our client is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to join their dynamic team and take their marketing initiatives to the next level.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot) to implement effective campaigns.

    + Design and execute automated email marketing workflows to nurture leads and drive conversions.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine audience segmentation strategies.

    + Analyze campaign performance metrics and create actionable insights to improve results.

    + Maintain data integrity within CRM and marketing automation systems, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and customer engagement.

    + Partner with creative teams to develop content tailored to each stage of the customer journey.

    + Support A/B testing and other experiments to optimize campaign performance.

    + Stay current on marketing automation best practices and emerging trends.

    Requirements

    Marketing Automation Specialist

    Requirements:

    + 3+ years of experience using marketing automation platforms to execute and optimize campaigns.

    + Strong understanding of email marketing, lead nurturing, customer journey mapping, and marketing analytics.

    + Excellent analytical skills and proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

    + Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce a plus.

    + Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
