Description We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Beverly Hills, California. This five-week role will support the Sales and Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and effectiveness.

• Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.

• Coordinate and organize marketing events such as webinars, trade shows, and conferences.

• Monitor campaign performance by analyzing data and generating detailed reports on key metrics.

• Write and edit content for newsletters, social media posts, and website updates.

• Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing and sales initiatives.

• Oversee social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.

• Collaborate with the team to produce promotional videos and other creative assets. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of campaign management.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management abilities.

• Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hubspot and Facebook Ads Manager.

• Expertise in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn.

• Video creation and editing skills are a strong advantage; please include a portfolio if applicable.

• Previous experience in sales or as a sales assistant is preferred.
