Description MUST LINE IN TENNESSEE Job Title: Network Administrator Location: Clarksville, TN 37040 Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Onsite) Business Overview: A rapidly expanding organization with headquarters in the U.S. and international operations is seeking a Network Administrator to support its Clarksville, TN location. They will need a experience in IT detail oriented to oversee networking tasks and ensure smooth IT operations for approximately 30 computer users.

Key Responsibilities: Serve as the sole on-site IT point of contact. Provide helpdesk support for approximately 30 users, addressing IT issues and requests. Manage and respond to tickets through the Ninja Ticketing System/RMM. Provide support for basic networking tasks, including VPN setup and management. Focus on Windows 11 desktop support and troubleshooting. Work in a hybrid environment with a data center in another U.S. location and cloud-hosted Exchange server. Immediate Projects: Imaging new computers and setting them up on the domain for new hires. Key Challenges: Proficiency in SonicWall is essential for effective firewall configuration and management. Required Skills and Experience: Expertise in SonicWall firewall policies and configurations. Experience with VLAN configuration and management. Strong understanding of VPN setup, management, and tunneling. Ability to establish and manage VPN connections between U.S. and international locations (e.g., Japan, Singapore). Familiarity with multiple VPN tunnels across regions. Experience troubleshooting server issues, particularly in remote access scenarios. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret ticket information to resolve issues efficiently. Requirements Work Authorization: U.S. must be eligible to work in the U.S. or must be eligible to work in the U.S. holder.
