Job Description
As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites according to client specifications. You will create appealing and user-friendly websites and themes, ensuring an exceptional user experience. A keen eye for detail, strong coding skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
+ Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
+ Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to implement website features and functionality.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve website issues related to hosting, performance, or custom functionality.
+ Optimize websites for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness across multiple devices and platforms.
+ Ensure all work adheres to modern web development practices, including coding standards, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
+ Stay up-to-date on the latest WordPress developments, plugins, and industry trends.
+ Manage and maintain website content, updates, and backups.
Requirements
WordPress Developer - ONSITE
Requirements:
+ Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing custom themes and plugins.
+ Proficiency in core web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
+ Familiarity with MySQL and database management.
+ Experience with REST APIs and integrating third-party services.
+ Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and website optimization.
+ Knowledge of popular page builders (such as Elementor or Divi) and WooCommerce is a plus.
+ Ability to work on multiple projects and deliver within established deadlines.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
+ Experience with version control systems like Git.
+ Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools.
