Description We are looking for a dedicated Accounting Clerk to join our team in Midland, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for managing essential accounting functions such as invoicing, purchase orders, and financial data management. Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and distribute customer invoices with precision and in a timely manner.

• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing and invoicing.

• Process and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in terms and pricing.

• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely receipt and payment of goods and services.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for purchase orders and related documentation.

• Enter and reconcile financial transactions in QuickBooks to support accurate bookkeeping.

• Generate financial reports and assist with account reconciliations using QuickBooks.

• Update and manage accounting data in Excel, utilizing advanced features such as pivot tables and formulas.

• Support accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure smooth financial operations.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards in all tasks. Requirements • Proven experience in an Accounting Clerk or similar role with a focus on invoicing and purchase orders.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.

• Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in financial records and reporting.

• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.
