Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal for a company in Lexington, Kentucky. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to attorneys and the department, handling a mix legal support task. This role requires strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to interact effectively with executives and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with administrative rule-making, legislative support, and enforcement-related tasks.

• Draft and review basic contract templates for organizational use.

• Serve as a liaison with executives, ensuring clear and effective communication.

• Handle membership-related inquiries, demonstrating poise and the ability to de-escalate complaints when necessary.

• Maintain organized records and documentation to support legal and administrative processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal

• Proficiency in handling commercial contracts and related documentation.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various responsibilities efficiently.

• Exceptional communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach and the ability to interact with executives.

• High level of emotional intelligence to address sensitive situations tactfully.

• Familiarity with legal processes such as hearings, affidavits, and compliance filings.

• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
