Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Entry-Level Accountant to join our team in Wayne, Pennsylvania. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the financial services industry while working in a long-term contract role. The ideal candidate will assist in managing essential accounting processes and contribute to the smooth operation of our financial systems.

Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Process checks and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate financial statements.

• Support enterprise resource planning (ERP) tasks to optimize financial workflows.

• Collaborate with team members to perform essential accounting functions and meet deadlines.

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation for internal use.

• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all accounting tasks.

• Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving accounting software issues.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
