Description We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Director to lead data-driven strategies and insights for our organization. This is a Contract position based in Houston, Texas, where you will oversee the development and implementation of BI solutions to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a proven ability to manage diverse analytics tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of business intelligence solutions to support organizational goals.

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

• Oversee the integration and optimization of tools such as Atlassian Jira, BusinessObjects, and Cognos BI.

• Develop and maintain advanced data visualizations and dashboards to support decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytics requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

• Utilize Maps API and other technologies to enhance location-based data analysis.

• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and solutions.

• Provide ad hoc reporting to meet the dynamic needs of stakeholders.

• Foster a culture of analytics and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

• Ensure adherence to Agile Scrum methodologies in project execution. Requirements • Proven experience with Atlassian Jira, BusinessObjects, and Cognos Business Intelligence.

• Strong expertise in data visualization tools and techniques.

• Familiarity with Maps API and its application in analytics.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct A/B testing and interpret results effectively.

• Proficiency in creating ad hoc reports and dashboards.

• Comprehensive understanding of Agile Scrum practices.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse teams.
