Description
Are you passionate about HR operations and employee relations? Join our team as an HR Generalist, where you will provide vital tactical and administrative support alongside our Senior HR Generalists, ensuring continuity and precision in key employee relations processes that drive our organizational success.. This role is 100% remote for 4 - 8 weeks.
+ Key Responsibilities
+ Manage Job Action Letters (JAL) Processes: Oversee JAL activities, excluding termination approvals, ensuring seamless workflows and compliance.
+ Follow Up on Outstanding Corrective Counseling Actions (CCAs): Monitor and address open cases aligned with employee relations processes.
+ Draft and Distribute Adverse Action Letters: Prepare pre- and post-background adverse action letters and those specific to DOJ compliance.
+ Administrative Leave Coordination: Initiate leave tickets and coordinate payroll communications to ensure proper tracking and documentation.
+ Rehire Eligibility Inquiries: Process inquiries with attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Policy Guidance: Handle Tier 1 policy-related questions, offering timely and clear solutions to employees.
+ Case Documentation and Organization: Support the preparation, organization, and filing of employee relations (ER) case files.
+ New Hire Terminations: Assist with termination processes for new hires, including compiling and managing necessary documentation.
+ Employee Property Damage Claims: Manage claims, ensuring employees receive timely and fair resolutions.
+ Redirect Non-ER Inquiries: Triaging inquiries and redirecting them to the appropriate teams for effective issue resolution.
+ Resignation Ticket Validation: Confirm and update ticket statuses in alignment with HR policies and procedures.
