Description

Robert Half is partnering with a regional law firm in the search for a Civil Litigation Attorney.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage and oversee a docket of civil litigation matters

+ Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, and motions

+ Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy

+ Represent the organization in hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings

+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders and outside counsel

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Active bar membership in Oregon State required

+ 1+ years of civil litigation experience

+ Strong legal writing, analytical, and case management skills

The salary range for this position is $50-75/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
