Description We are looking for an accomplished attorney with expertise in Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act (Chapter 93A) litigation to join a leading legal team in Boston, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will bring a robust understanding of consumer protection laws, strong litigation skills, and the ability to manage complex Chapter 93A claims effectively. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact while working on high-profile cases.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation on matters related to Chapter 93A, including disputes and litigation.

• Conduct thorough legal research and analyze statutes, case law, and precedents to build strong claims and defenses.

• Draft and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs specific to Chapter 93A cases.

• Advocate for clients in state and federal courts, handling cases involving consumer protection and unfair business practices.

• Lead settlement negotiations, offer strategic counsel, and participate in mediation or arbitration proceedings.

• Collaborate with internal teams, such as compliance or corporate counsel, to align legal strategies with business objectives.

• Monitor and interpret legislative and regulatory updates affecting Chapter 93A and related laws.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through transparent communication and effective case management. Requirements • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active license to practice law in Massachusetts.

• At least 5 years of experience in Chapter 93A consumer protection litigation or related legal areas.

• Deep knowledge of Massachusetts consumer protection laws and regulations.

• Demonstrated proficiency in legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy.

• Proven ability to manage complex litigation independently and collaboratively.

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
