A rapidly expanding construction company in Fort Worth is seeking a Bilingual HR/Payroll Clerk to join their team! This is a contract-to-permanent position with excellent growth potential for the right candidate.

    This dynamic company has grown from 50 to over 200 employees since 2018 and continues to expand. With over $100M in projected revenue for 2025, they are building out their HR function to match their pace. You’ll join a collaborative environment where initiative is valued and growth is encouraged.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide administrative support to the HR and Payroll team

    + Answer employee calls and assist with general HR/payroll questions

    + Learn and assist in processing bi-weekly payroll and timesheet collection

    + Support benefit administration and open enrollment

    + Help with HR compliance and reporting

    + Occasionally assist with fleet registration tasks when needed

    + Work closely with a bilingual employee base (150+ Spanish-speaking employees)

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Some prior exposure to HR and/or payroll functions

    + Coachable with a desire to grow into an HR or Payroll Manager role

    + Strong administrative and organizational skills

    + Conversational Spanish is required (must be comfortable communicating with employees in Spanish)

    + Experience with Microsoft 365 and Excel preferred

    + Familiarity with timekeeping systems like ExactTime a plus
