Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and success-driven Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to support the daily operations of our HR department in Amarillo, Texas. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting with recruitment and employee engagement initiatives. Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update employee records while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with onboarding processes, including preparing documentation and organizing orientation sessions for new hires.
• Handle employee inquiries related to benefits, payroll, and company policies, providing timely and accurate support.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and supporting talent acquisition efforts.
• Support compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and preparing necessary reports and audits.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and wellness programs.
• Contribute to HR projects aimed at improving processes and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Generate HR metrics and reports to support decision-making and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with HR leadership on initiatives to streamline operations and enhance the employee experience. Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience in an HR support or coordination role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
