Description
The IT Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of critical technology projects. This includes upgrades, implementations, vendor coordination, and user support. The role will also serve as a super-user for the electronic medical record (EMR) system and report directly to the CFO. The ideal candidate will ensure IT initiatives align with organizational goals and support high-quality care and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.
+ Oversee implementation and integration of new technologies (networking, accounting systems, resident services, etc.).
+ Align IT solutions with department needs and strategic goals through cross-functional collaboration.
+ Provide training and support for staff on new and existing IT tools.
+ Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA) and uphold cybersecurity standards.
+ Apply project management methodologies: stakeholder engagement, root cause analysis, goal setting, etc.
+ Manage external IT consultants and ticketing systems to resolve support issues efficiently.
+ Contribute to corporate compliance efforts related to IT and data security.
+ Act as a super-user of the EMR system: workflow optimization, template building, and user training.
+ Research and present IT solutions with clear pros/cons analysis to the CFO.
+ Coordinate with third-party vendors for support, maintenance, and installations.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Dell Technologies and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with auditing processes and backup technologies.
• Hands-on experience with computer hardware and configuration management.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for training sessions and stakeholder collaboration.
• A commitment to upholding data security and regulatory compliance standards.
