Description We are seeking a skilled IT Solutions Architect to join our team in SEGUIN, Texas. This role involves analyzing the current system architecture, designing high-performance solutions, and providing technical leadership. You will also be expected to stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and lead business technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current system architecture to pinpoint areas for enhancement

• Design and implement solutions that are scalable, secure, and high-performing

• Work in collaboration with IT and business teams to gather and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications

• Develop and keep up-to-date architectural documentation, including diagrams and design specifications

• Ensure the alignment of solutions with enterprise architecture standards and best practices

• Provide technical leadership to development teams throughout the project lifecycle

• Conduct regular system performance reviews and recommend optimization strategies

• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation

• Identify opportunities for change and lead business technology initiatives, including enhancements, conversions, and upgrades

• Create and manage a comprehensive implementation plan for the development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of our business technology solutions

• Establish and maintain a network of super users across the company along with key business and technology stakeholders to facilitate alignment, prioritization, training, documentation, communication, and completion of solutions for business needs

• Facilitate improvements to business processes and data needed to support processes and associated reporting, analytics, and data integration requirements

• Manage the prioritization and resolution of business technology issues to ensure the integrity of company processes, controls, and other reporting mechanisms. Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of detail-oriented experience in the field of IT Solutions Architecture

• Proficient in Atlassian Jira for project management and issue tracking

• Extensive expertise in Backend Development, using various technologies and programming languages

• Solid understanding of Cloud Technologies, with the ability to design and implement cloud-based solutions

• Familiarity with DB2 Database for efficient data management

• Experience in EXPRESS software for modeling data

• Proven track record in conducting AB Testing to optimize system performance

• Excellent knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies for project management

• Proficient in API Development, with a focus on scalability and security

• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET for web applications development

• Proficiency in AWS Technologies for managing cloud-based solutions

• Certification or experience in TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework)

• Expertise in Java programming for enterprise-level applications

• Familiarity with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CICD) for efficient software development

• Proficiency in .NET Framework for building high-quality applications

• Strong knowledge of Python for scripting and automation tasks

• Experience in Microsoft Azure for managing cloud services and applications.
