Description

Robert Half Management Resources is seeking a highly skilled Financial Project Manager with extensive experience in Oracle Fusion implementation projects, functional accounting processes, and IT General Controls (ITGC). This role will support a prominent global entertainment company headquartered in Los Angeles through a fully remote engagement lasting over one year. The ideal candidate will possess a proven background in managing multiple Oracle Fusion implementations, expertise in business process analysis, robust cross-functional collaboration skills, and advanced knowledge of security within Oracle Financial workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects, ensuring successful integration of financial workflows.

• Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into structured Oracle security roles and process improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows such as Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash.

• Develop and maintain Oracle Fusion security policies, including custom roles and privileges for data access (Segment Value Security).

• Manage user provisioning, role mapping, and data security policies in Oracle Fusion systems.

• Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve issues to ensure seamless system implementation.

• Utilize project management tools, such as JIRA, to track progress and manage deliverables.

• Provide guidance on the configuration of Oracle Fusion Chart of Accounts and other financial modules.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion business process analysis.

• Demonstrated expertise in at least two Oracle Fusion implementation projects.

• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion workflows, including Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash.

• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion security structures, including custom roles and data security policies.

• Hands-on experience with project management tools (i.e., JIRA).

• Proven ability to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve system implementation issues.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

• Advanced knowledge of financial workflows and accounting processes within Oracle Fusion systems.
