About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic HR Benefits Coordinator/Benefits Administrator. Step into the fast-paced, collaborative world of professional sports by joining a team that creates meaningful impact both on and off the field. This is your chance to combine your HR expertise with your passion for sports!

Key Responsibilities:
+ Administer and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
+ Serve as the go-to for benefits education and advocacy, providing top-tier customer service to employees.
+ Assist with HR operations in an innovative and highly collaborative environment.
+ Support the team with game-day responsibilities for select home games—immerse yourself in the energy of event days (chill vibe at a stadium’s north end zone included).
Schedule & Work Locations:
+ On-Site Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (at an exciting stadium with an unrivaled atmosphere). While this schedule is set, we're flexible enough to reverse it for the right candidate!
+ Englewood Office Wednesdays: Flex start time of 8 AM, perfect for those who enjoy variety. Bonus perk: breakfast, lunch, and dinner served fresh at the training facility!
+ Hybrid Trend: Some remote flexibility exists—1 remote day per week can be discussed based on your preferences, but our team values collaboration, so most stick to being on-site.

Requirements
+ 1–2 years of HR benefits experience or a related role; a master’s degree would be a plus.
+ Exposure to organizations with up to 1,000 employees or experience in high-energy industries (sports experience is a huge bonus).
+ A passion for technology and process efficiency; recent upgrades have transformed legacy systems into cutting-edge digital solutions.
+ Enthusiasm for customer service, teamwork, and building culture. Bonus: Sports enthusiast vibes (though fandom isn’t required)!
