Description We are looking for an entry-level Accountant to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to grow their expertise in accounting and financial operations. The role requires proficiency in Excel and accounting systems to manage various financial tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Perform gas balancing calculations and generate reports using Excel.

• Process payouts and ensure accurate data entry in Excel.

• Match non-operated division orders (DOIs) with organizational records using Excel.

• Prepare and analyze lease operating statements, conducting detailed research as needed.

• Manage accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), revenue, production, and joint interest billings (JIBs) using WolfePak and Excel.

• Generate revenue reports for affiliated companies and ensure timely distribution.

• Maintain vendor contracts and oversee general ledger insurance entries using WolfePak.

• Conduct account coding and reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy.

• Utilize Dynamics NAV and ERP solutions for accounting entries and analysis.

• Collaborate with teams to streamline accounting functions and workflows. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Familiarity with accounting software systems, including WolfePak and Dynamics NAV.

• Knowledge of ERP solutions and their application in accounting processes.

• Experience with accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) operations.

• Ability to perform account coding, reconciliation, and analysis with precision.

• Strong foundation in accounting functions, including revenue and production tracking.

• Competence in Adobe Acrobat for document management.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in financial tasks.
