Description

We are looking for a Roof Management Coordinator. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth communication and efficient scheduling within the construction industry. If you possess strong organizational skills and enjoy collaborating with field technicians and clients, this opportunity could be a great fit for you.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate schedules for field technicians to ensure timely project execution.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage account details and document project updates.

• Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

• Work closely with clients to schedule services and address account-related questions.

• Maintain accurate records and organize project schedules using computer-based tools.

• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication and improve operational efficiency.

• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for client accounts and project progress.

• Ensure all stakeholders are informed of project updates and changes.

• Proactively identify and solve scheduling conflicts to maintain workflow continuity

Requirements • Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within the construction or contractor industry.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and deadlines.

• Familiarity with job scheduling processes and coordinating field technicians.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.

• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.

• Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in account management and scheduling.
