Our large global publicly traded client is seeking an experienced and motivated Sr. Financial Analyst who will focus on Pricing. Looking for a detail-oriented individual to join the team in Jersey City, New Jersey. This role focuses on pricing strategies, financial modeling, and leveraging data analysis to drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our organization through innovative and effective financial planning. This is a hybrid position! Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine financial models to enhance business insights and decision-making processes.

• Drive pricing strategies by analyzing market trends and internal data to optimize revenue.

• Create, maintain, and improve financial reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau.

• Collaborate with business units to manage pricing development, pricing frameworks and pricing guidelines.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify key trends and opportunities for growth.

• Partner with leadership to develop long-term financial strategies and capital management plans.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency across financial reporting, adhering to organizational standards.

• Utilize advanced Excel skills to streamline processes and analyze complex datasets.

• Support the implementation and enhancement of accounting and financial planning systems.

• Work proactively to identify areas for operational improvement and cost optimization.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on pricing strategies.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data manipulation.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Proven ability to develop and enhance financial models independently.

• Experience working in large, preferably publicly traded, organizations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
