Junior Graphic Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team! In this role, you will work closely with our design and marketing teams to create eye-catching visual content that aligns with our brand and engages our audience. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with 1-2 years of experience who is excited to grow their skills and contribute to a wide variety of design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Design and produce digital and print assets, including social media graphics, email templates, web banners, and marketing materials.

+ Collaborate with team members to draft creative concepts and execute design solutions that meet project requirements and deadlines.

+ Assist in maintaining and following brand guidelines to ensure consistency.

+ Support the team in brainstorming and ideation sessions for new campaigns or projects.

+ Prepare and package final files for delivery to clients, printers, or publishing platforms.

+ Stay up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related field.

+ A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.

+ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.

+ Strong understanding of design principles such as layout, typography, and color theory.

+ Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing (After Effects or Premiere Pro), or web design is a plus.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
