Description We are looking for a talented and strategic Sr Proposal Manager to lead the creation of compelling proposals, pitch books, and marketing materials. This role is pivotal in crafting persuasive content and visually engaging presentations that resonate with prospective clients. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, this position requires collaboration across multiple teams to deliver high-quality materials that effectively communicate the company’s value proposition.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and writing of Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, ensuring content is clear, persuasive, and tailored to client needs.

• Develop and maintain pitch books, proposals, and other marketing materials that align with the company's brand and messaging.

• Design precise and visually impactful PowerPoint presentations for client meetings and internal communications.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development teams to gather insights and craft materials that address client requirements.

• Continuously refine and optimize templates for proposals and pitch books to meet evolving client expectations.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met with accuracy and quality.

• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure the delivery of cohesive and impactful client-facing materials. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal writing, pitch book development, or creating PowerPoint presentations.

• Proven ability to write, edit, and proofread persuasive content that simplifies complex ideas.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
