Description

We are working with a client looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to join their team on a contract to hire basis in Fort Collins, Colorado. This role combines sales and customer service with warehouse operations, providing a well-rounded opportunity for individuals eager to develop their technical and logistical skills. Responsibilities:

• Process and manage sales orders using proprietary software systems.

• Communicate effectively with team members through Microsoft Teams and Outlook.

• Assist with order fulfillment tasks, including picking, packing, and organizing inventory.

• Provide technical product support and share detailed information with customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

• Complete forklift training and certification to support warehouse operations.

• Collaborate with team members to manage inventory and logistical needs.

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate responses.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams.

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.

• Willingness to learn technical product details and industry-specific terminology.

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and operate equipment following training.

• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

• Previous experience with SAP or similar systems is a plus.

• Detail-oriented with excellent data entry skills.
