Position Summary
+ The Manager – Reporting Analytics & Insights Development will apply expertise in data analysis, analytical tools, and stakeholder management skills to ensure efficient data management, promote data-driven insights, and decision making to enhance health plan operations.
+ This critical team member will leverage technology and data to improve health outcomes and operational improvements by designing, implementing, and maintaining reporting and analytical tools which yield actionable insights.
+ A successful colleague will support multiple projects/initiatives concurrently, supplying an analytical perspective to the workgroup and delivering high quality work products on schedule and in-line with stakeholders’ expectations.
Required Qualifications
+ 3+ years of experience with Visual Studio
+ Expert Knowledge of SQL Data Technologies including SSIS and SSRS
+ Demonstrates resourcefulness in problem-solving and confidence in learning complex material
+ Desire to learn about the underlying data and how it relates to business processes
+ Ability to deliver projects on time, understand business requirements and convert It into technical solutions
+ Proven track record supporting complex projects and/or programs
+ Strong analytical, quantitative, mathematical, skills that can interpret data and communicate effectively to deliver quality product
+ Ability to deliver projects on time, understand business requirement and convert It into technical solutions
+ Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks on a regular basis with high level of detail
+ Ability to respond to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks at one time
+ Understanding and exposure of multiple RDBMS across a variety of database platforms such as Oracle, Teradata and Google Cloud Platform
Preferred Qualifications
+ 2+ Years experience with cloud-based systems (Azure / AWS / GCP)
+ Experience using Databricks to manipulate data
+ Experience with Data Visualization (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
+ Ability to Understanding of business process improvement, project management and quality practices
+ Experience and proficiency with SQL Server 2014/2016 versions
+ Prior experience with PBM services, insurance, or healthcare
+ 5+ years of relevant experience.
Education
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $132,600.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
