    Shift: 8:30am - 5:00pm

    We are looking to add a Warehouse Order Selector to our team in Guilderland Center, NY!

     

    The Warehouse Order Selector role is responsible for the picking of both customer and/or intercompany orders. To ensure success as a Warehouse Order Selector, you should exhibit advanced organization and communication skills, have the ability to stand for long hours, follow standard processes, be comfortable with manual labor in a light industrial environment, and have excellent attention to detail.

    Responsibilities Include:

    + Ensure order accuracy by verifying product numbers and quantities.

    + Follow safety guidelines and procedures when operating equipment and handling products.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate efficient order selecting.

    + Participate in inventory counts and assist in managing warehouse inventory accuracy.

    + Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding order status and any issues encountered.

    + Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.

    + Select accurate orders for shipping out products.

    Requirements:

    + High School Diploma required.

    + Previous work experience as a Warehouse Order Selector preferred.

    + Excellent hand-eye coordination.

    + Reach Truck/Walkie pallet jack experience preferred.

    + Ability and willingness to follow standard process as directed by leader.

    + Ability to stand for long periods.

    + Basic computer knowledge is required.

    + Ability to read and write in English.

    + Ability to work Independently with little supervision.

    + Ability to lift and lower up to 50lbs.

    + Other duties as assigned.
