• Part-Time Warehouse Forklift Loader Weekend Shift

    We are hiring a Part-Time Weekend Forklift Loader for our distribution center in Romeoville, IL, starting at $19.50/hour. The shifts are on Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Additional shirts are available up to 32 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday are required.

    This position facilitates the movement of goods utilizing a sit-down forklift and RF scanner from the staging area to outbound trailers.

     

    + Daily inspection of Material Handling Equipment using RF and paper

    + Performs Outbound function adhering to standard operating procedures

    + Inspect each pallet and product for damage before loading to ensure customer satisfaction

    + Utilizes RF Scanner to move goods from Staging to Outbound Mode of Transportation

    + Able to stand, bend, stretch, squat up to 9 hours per day

    + Lift up to 65 pounds

    + Read and understand training and shipment paperwork

    + Performs general housekeeping in the warehouse

    + Be willing to be out in the elements to perform duties

    + Performs other department duties as assigned

    + Efficient at operating a propane sit-down forklift

    + Ability to accurately wrap, stage, and load shipments within the required time

    + Ability to meet efficiency requirements by function

    + Working knowledge of RF Scanners / WMS

    + Able to work in outdoor conditions

    + Saturday & Sunday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
