As Project Administrative Assistant to support our team in Wilson, NC, you will perform a wide variety of administrative and staff project support services in our Life Sciences North America line of business. You will be accountable for coordination of project deliverables, processing permits, tracking work hours, scheduling meetings, and calendar maintenance in support of the Jacobs BIO NC HSE Staff and Training Staff. You will also support the team by maintaining and tracking databases and preparing reports. Your strong organizational skills and ability to communicate with staff at all levels - both orally and in writing will help us meet our client's objectives.

• At least 2 years of administrative experience within an engineering, construction, or related organization.
• Experienced with payroll, and explanation of benefits (EOB) would be nice to have
• Advanced level computer skills in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Teams
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Software)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
Ideally, you will also have:
• College education or degree is preferred
• Experience working with high-level clients, executives, and government and public officials
