Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SmartCOMM Data Modeler and SmartComm with a background in Insurance AMC or Pension Fund being a plus. This hybrid role offers a day shift and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

+ Develop and maintain SmartCOMM data models to ensure efficient data processing and management

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SmartComm solutions

+ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SmartCOMM-related issues

+ Optimize data models for performance and scalability

+ Ensure data integrity and security within SmartCOMM systems

+ Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers

+ Document technical specifications and processes for SmartCOMM implementations

+ Conduct testing and validation of SmartCOMM solutions to ensure quality and functionality

+ Stay updated with the latest SmartCOMM features and best practices

+ Assist in the integration of SmartCOMM with other systems and platforms

+ Provide training and guidance to junior developers on SmartCOMM technologies

+ Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

+ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the development team

Qualifications

+ Possess strong expertise in SmartCOMM Data Modeler and SmartComm

+ Have experience in Insurance AMC or Pension Fund domains is a plus

+ Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

+ Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities

+ Show proficiency in data modeling and optimization techniques

+ Have a solid understanding of data integrity and security principles

Certifications Required

SmartCOMM Certification Data Modeling Certification

**Salary and Other Compensation** :

Applications will be accepted until May 30, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $75,000 - $90,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
