Job Title: Production Assembler II
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Shifts: Training on 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM), then transitioning to 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) after training is complete
Adecco is hiring **Production Assemblers** for a leading manufacturing company in Richmond, VA. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team with competitive pay and a structured training program.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assemble products following engineering documents to meet quality standards and production goals.
• Operate computers to check schedules and update job statuses.
• Perform basic testing per procedures to ensure product functionality.
• Monitor the quality of parts used in the assembly process.
• Assist with training new employees and addressing any issues.
• Handle materials and ensure proper workflow in the production process.
• Review and suggest improvements to assembly processes for increased productivity and quality.
• Work closely with engineering teams to communicate updates and issues.
• Complete necessary documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in team meetings and discussions.
• Follow all safety and workplace regulations.
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in assembly or manufacturing.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
Additional Details:
+ **Shift Differentials:**
+ **1st shift:** $19.00/hr (Base Pay)
+ **2nd shift:** $19.00/hr + $3.00 shift differential = **$** **22.00/hr**

**Pay Details:** $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
