We are seeking **a Medical Social Worker** to join our amazing team at a critical access hospital. You will be responsible for providing and facilitating economic, social, and emotional support services to hospice patients and their families.

**Requirements** :

+ Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited school

+ A minimum of one (1) year experience as a Medical Social Worker.

+ LSWAIC or LICSW licensure in WA

+ BLS required.

Shift:

+ M-F, 8a-4:30p OR 10a-6:30p

+ Every other weekend coverage (this can be variable)

Salary Benefits:

+ Wage Range: $ 34- $65 - LICSW

+ Wage Range: $32 - $63 - LSWAIC
