Job Posting: Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift

Pay Range: $17.00 - $20.00/hr (based on experience)

**Location:** [Richmond VA

**Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 1st Shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Position Overview:

We are seeking reliable and motivated **Warehouse Associates** to join our team! As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in our warehouse operations by ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of products. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and attention to detail who want to grow in the logistics and warehouse industry.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently

+ Operating warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand carts

+ Maintaining inventory accuracy

+ Labeling and organizing products for shipment

+ Preparing orders for delivery, ensuring timely processing

+ Assisting in stock replenishment and maintaining clean and safe work areas

+ Collaborating with other team members to meet productivity and safety goals

+ Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

+ Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred, but not required

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

+ Ability to push/pull fully loaded carts or pallet jacks

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Basic understanding of warehouse operations is a plus

Pay & Benefits:

+ Competitive pay based on experience ($17.00 - $ 20.00/hr)

+ Monday to Friday, 1st shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

**Pay Details:** $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
