    Adecco is currently assisting a local technology client recruiting **Inside Sales Representatives** in **Dover, NH** . This Inside Sales job is a temp to hire opportunity, with a starting base pay rate of **$18+/HR** , plus incentives / commission and overtime!

     

    **Job Duties / Requirements** :

    + Schedule sales appointments

    + Provide excellent communication and phone skills

    + Work independently in a fast-paced environment

    + Cold calling new potential clients, client business referrals, or web leads

    + Work with clients to create solutions for their needs

    + Consult through the sales process

    + Make between 80+ outbound calls each day

    + Must be able to produce at or above assigned productivity targets

    + Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support

    + Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources

    + Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.

    + Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients

    **Qualifications** :

    + At least 2 years of customer service skills

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Outgoing and positive personality

    + Well-spoken

    + Energetic

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
