    Adecco is working with a semiconductor manufacturer in Lawrence, MA who is hiring for Test Operators on 1st shift!

     

    ***This position requires prior Soldering and Electromechanical Assembly experience in a manufacturing setting***

    **Pay Rate:** $20.00 to $21.00 per hour based on prior experience

    **Schedule:** 1st Shift - 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday

    Responsibilities:

    • Key is to demonstrate a broad number of tasks well, and repeat these tasks as required, to produce a high volume of quality product in the shortest possible time, to maintain aggressive production schedules.

    • Is flexible to work on various products and processes within the manufacturing operation, dependent upon the need within the production schedule.

    • Executes Test/Screening activities per established procedures.

    • Load devices onto test boards.

    • Perform electrical tests on devices and record results.

    KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

    • Demonstrated mechanical/repair skills (intermediate).

    • Regular attendance is an essential function of this job.

    • High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred.

    • A minimum of 1 years’ experience is required.

    • Ability to communicate in English language clearly both written and verbal; good interpersonal skills required.

    • Basic Computer Skills (Data Entry)

    • Familiarity with ESD/Clean Room Protocol

    • Familiarity with ISO9001 and MIL-PRF-19500 MIL-38535 a PLUS • Ability to manipulate small parts with tweezers and other hand tools.

    • Ability to work with a microscope for extended periods.
