• Return Ops Associate

    As a Returns Operations Associate with Adecco, you'll play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring that returned goods are processed quickly and efficiently. This role combines hands-on warehouse work with systematic inventory control responsibilities.

     

    **Pay:** $19/hr to start

     

    Monday- Friday 9:30AM-5PM

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Physically sort and process returned packages with attention to detail and accuracy.

    + Manage inventory adjustments and updates in warehouse systems based on return outcomes (e.g., return to customer, refurbish, destroy).

    + Support inventory integrity by accurately logging returned product quantities, conditions, and final dispositions.

    + Conduct regular inventory checks on returned items to ensure alignment with ERP/WMS systems.

    + Assist in shipping and receiving operations, ensuring proper handling and documentation of goods.

    + Collaborate with internal departments to resolve inventory discrepancies and improve return workflows.

    + Utilize RF scanners or software systems to update product locations and inventory counts.

    Requirements:

    + High School Diploma or GED required.

    + Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.

    + Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).

    + ERP, WMS, or Order Management system knowledge preferred.

    + Familiarity with ATF systems is a plus.

    + Prior inventory control or warehouse experience strongly preferred.

    **Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
