    Job Opening: Powder Coater / Painter

    **Location:** Hamilton, OH 45015

    **Assignment Type:** Temp-to-Hire

    **Shift:** 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM (Overtime possible on Fridays)

    **Pay Rate:** $18/hour

    What You’ll Do:

    + Apply powder coating to various industrial products

    + Load and unload parts, spray powder, and operate ovens

    + Set up and adjust powder coating equipment

    + Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards

    + Troubleshoot and assist with routine maintenance

    + Train and support new team members

    + Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized

    What You’ll Need:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + At least 1 year of experience in industrial painting or powder coating

    + Comfortable using hand tools and operating machinery

    Preferred Skills:

    + Mechanically inclined and able to make quick equipment adjustments

    + Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
