What you will do as an Exercise Specialist:

You will be responsible for oversight and implementation of exercise programs and fitness services, according to established policies and procedures. Will work independently in overseeing Health Connection operations and providing support to members and referred patients.

What’s Required:

+ Level of knowledge equivalent to that ordinarily required through completion of two to four years of college level training in physical fitness, exercise, rehabilitation, health education or closely related field, and/or certified as personal trainer or group fitness through professional organization.

+ A minimum of one to two years of progressive experience in exercise, rehabilitation, or fitness related field.

+ BLS certification (American Heart Association).

+ Ability to design and implement effective and safe exercise programs based on member's goals, physician's diagnosis, and/or member assessment.
