We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our Entry Level Talent Acquisition team in New York to help expand our business by identifying, attracting and hiring top talent.
You will take ownership of your recruitment focus and develop strategic plans for execution. You will need to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and develop creative strategies with our businesses. You will need to be energetic, data driven, collaborative, and strategic, and bring the highest quality candidates into our organization.

We work closely with hiring managers and program managers to understand their goals and find the best candidates. Our team is all about creativity, curiosity, and market knowledge, backed by data. We hustle hard and fast, always keeping quality in mind. We recruit year-round across various areas like Analytics, Sales, Engineering, Customer Support, News, Media, Finance, and Early Engagement Programs.

+ Foster strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across multiple business and technical functions to deeply understand their needs and offer strategic recruitment guidance
+ Ensure a smooth, smart, innovative, and engaging recruiting process to establish an outstanding candidate experience
+ Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for attracting entry-level talent, including students, and recent graduates
+ Manage and execute the full recruitment life cycle in a high-volume, complex environment—including reviewing resumes, sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
+ Partner with external organizations to enhance our outreach and recruitment strategies
+ Think creatively to develop non-traditional sourcing strategies, including outreach beyond university channels to attract candidates with 0-1 years of experience
+ Build our brand across university campuses by strengthening relationships with key societies, organizations, and university contacts
+ Use social media and participate in networking and open house events to recruit talent and elevate our employer brand
+ Provide training and coaching to interviewers to ensure an inclusive and effective selection process
+ Stay in tune with external market factors, identify trends, and leverage data to improve recruiting outcomes and processes
+ Travel domestically up to 50% during peak campus recruitment seasons (September–November, January–March)
You** **’ll** **n** **eed to** **h** **ave:
+ 4+ years of experience in campus recruiting, with a focus on either business or technical talent
+ Proven experience managing various campus recruiting initiatives and developing custom strategies to hire top early career candidates
+ Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms
+ Strong relationship management and negotiation skills, with experience influencing stakeholders across different business units
+ Excellent organization, prioritization, and project management skills
+ Experience using data to improve processes and influence recruiting decisions
+ A high level of resilience and ability to adapt to changing workflows and competing demands
+ A demonstrated commitment to providing a superior candidate and stakeholder experience
We'd** **l** **ove to** **s** **ee:
+ Experience with building inclusive hiring strategies and recruiting underrepresented tech or business talent
+ A track record of executing successful large-scale recruitment events or employer branding initiatives
+ Familiarity with high-volume technical recruiting in a competitive market
