Major/Essential Functions:

+ Develops plans of care, as appropriate, and implements plans in the course of treating patients.

+ Obtains patient health histories; conducts examinations, assesses patient complaints, and administers appropriate treatment.

+ Determines need for specialized medical testing for diagnosis or treatment; Orders tests appropriately.

+ Instructs and counsels patients and families regarding a plan of care.

+ Train and mentor medical students and residents.

Required Qualifications:

+ MD, DO, or MBBS.

+ Completion of an Internal Medicine Residency.

+ Completion of, or in the process of completing, a Fellowship in Rheumatology.

+ Board Certified, Board Eligible or in the Process of completing training to become Board Eligible.
