Title: Data Senior Analyst - IT Risk and Compliance Specialist

**Position Overview** :

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Senior Analyst with a strong background in process orientation and IT risk and compliance. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining our office hours, providing people support, and aiding in the adoption of our new ways of working. Additionally, this role involves contributing to process and procedure documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process Orientation:

- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Ensure alignment of processes with organizational objectives and compliance standards.

- IT Risk and Compliance:

- Oversee and ensure compliance with IT risk policies and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure adherence to compliance controls.

- Controls and Review Process:

- Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.

- Perform detailed reviews of processes to identify areas for improvement.

- Office Hours Support:

- Provide guidance and assistance to staff during office hours.

- Address questions and support employees in adapting to new processes and procedures.

- Documentation:

- Collaborate in the creation and maintenance of comprehensive process and procedure documentation.

- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in process orientation and IT risk and compliance.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Familiarity with compliance software and tools is a plus.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in IT risk management is preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $91,457 - $ 100,000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
