We are looking for a talented ERP Analyst to join our dynamic team in a rapidly growing organization. The ERP Analyst will be pivotal in evaluating current operational procedures, identifying issues, and understanding specific requirements related to our ERP system. This role involves customizing and configuring system workflows to align with corporate needs and acting as a bridge between functional and technical resources to manage new system functionalities.
Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with staff across various departments to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and understand specific ERP system requirements.
+ Evaluate ERP systems, design solutions, troubleshoot issues, document, and implement software modifications to enhance workflow and operational efficiency.
+ Customize and configure system workflows to meet corporate requirements.
+ Serve as a liaison between functional and technical resources to oversee the development and implementation of new system functionalities.
+ Act as a subject matter expert in all areas of ERP software, providing assistance with system functionality, upgrades, modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis.
+ Work with end users to resolve identified issues and ensure proper documentation is created and distributed to relevant staff.
+ Prepare technical reports, simulations, and instructional manuals to document system development.
+ Assist with onboarding new employees by providing ERP system overviews and training as needed.
+ Translate current business process requirements into functional ERP system requirements.
+ Work directly with ERP software vendor’s support department to identify software issues and apply appropriate patches.
+ Coordinate with third-party software vendors regarding ERP system integration, troubleshoot issues, and perform upgrades.
+ Perform other IT and business analysis duties as required to support strategic priorities.
+ Provide occasional IT Help Desk support when other IT staff are unavailable.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field.
+ Minimum of three years' experience with Epicor ERP software.
+ Minimum of five years' experience in programming, issue support, and workflow enablement.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to take initiative.
+ Experience in ERP system implementation.
+ Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience managing projects related to ERP system implementation and upgrades.
+ Ability to prepare technical reports, simulations, and instructional manuals.
+ Experience training and onboarding new employees in ERP systems.
+ Skills in coordinating with ERP software vendors and third-party software vendors.
+ Occasional IT Help Desk support experience.
+ Knowledge of the manufacturing industry and its specific ERP needs.
+ Proficiency in Excel database management, data entry, and process improvement.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.07 - $55.29/hr.
