Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:

+ Prepare and compile financial reports, including P&Ls for Quarterly Forecast Cycles, Annual Operating Plan, Annual Strategic Plan, and month-end close.

+ Collaborate with FP&A teams across LatAm to gather and assess financial data.

+ Maintain and update financial models in the planning tool.

+ Work with IT consultants to ensure the planning tool (TM1) performs effectively.

+ Process and consolidate data from various sources for accurate reporting.

+ Implement quality control measures to maintain data integrity.

+ Train users on financial reporting tools and processes.

+ Develop templates and dashboards in Qliksense and PowerBI.

+ Optimize financial reporting procedures and create standard/ad-hoc reports.

+ Streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting.

+ Participate in special projects, providing financial expertise.

Skills:

+ TM1, forecasting, analysis, financial analysis, budgeting, variance analysis, financial modeling, FP&A, reinsurance, amortization, currency exchange, financial planning and analysis, reconciliation, financial reporting, finance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

+ Minimum of 3 years in financial reporting/analysis, preferably in a multinational environment.

+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL/Access desired.

+ Familiarity with TM1, QlikView, Power BI, Alteryx preferred.

+ Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.

+ Strong organizational and communication skills.

+ Knowledge of the financial services industry, especially in Latin America, is advantageous.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
