Job Type: Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist

Pay: $19/hr

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 12:30pm to 4:30pm

A leading organization is looking for a part-time front desk receptionist to work Monday through Friday from 12:30pm to 4:30pm. This receptionist will be responsible for greeting clients, providing customer service, and clerical work.

What you'll be responsible for:

+ Greet and assist visitors: Provide a warm welcome to students, faculty, staff, and guests, and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.

+ Answer and manage phone calls: Handle incoming calls, provide information, and transfer calls to the relevant departments.

+ Manage appointments: Schedule and coordinate appointments for staff and faculty.

+ Provide information: Offer information about university programs, events, and services to visitors and callers.

+ Handle inquiries: Respond to questions and concerns from students, parents, and staff, both in person and via email.

+ Assist with administrative tasks: Support various administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.

What you’ll bring:

+ 1+ years of customer facing experience

+ 1+ years of administrative experience

+ Previous experience working part-time/comfortable with the schedule

+ Strong communication and organization skills

+ Knowledge of MS Office Suite

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
