Job Title: Implementation SpecialistJob Description
An Implementation Specialist works closely with customers to understand their requirements and configure our software solutions to meet customer needs. The Implementation Specialist should have a deep understanding of the products and software process being implemented for our customers and be able to speak to how the solution works and how it relates to the customer’s business processes. This role is accountable for the successful implementation and testing of customer solutions and will regularly interact with internal and external stakeholders. This position works closely with other Implementation Engineers, Data Engineers, Developers, Product Owners, and the Project Manager to ensure successful delivery of the implementation.
Responsibilities
+ Review contracts for understanding and adherence to the scope of work.
+ Consult with and partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer’s business processes.
+ Confirm environmental requirements and access.
+ Analyze current state and future state to ensure features and functionality meets scoped requirements.
+ Install databases and software and configure the solution to meet the customer’s needs.
+ Set up and conduct solution demonstrations.
+ Create test cases and run tests to find and correct errors, and validate the implementation meets specifications.
+ Train and/or assist with client/end-user training.
+ Provide client support during testing, go-live, and post-go-live.
+ Resolve issues/bugs.
+ Migrate solution to production and perform post-production review.
+ Review customer requests for enhancements and engage with the needed departments for scoping and contracting.
+ Work with Support to transition customer solutions to the maintenance phase.
+ Adhere to communication standards to ensure clients are informed of status, progress, and risks/issues.
+ Facilitate internal and external meetings.
+ Maintain positive relationships with both internal and external partners.
+ Create system or implementation process documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Skills
+ Associate degree in computer/software-related field or 3+ years of software implementation experience.
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Self-starter.
+ Detail-oriented.
+ Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer/software-related field or 5+ years of software/IT customer service experience.
+ 3+ years’ experience in a software, training, and implementation environment.
+ 1+ years' experience with court projects.
+ Experience in County/municipal Government software operations and processes is a plus.
Work Environment
This position involves 40-50% travel around Georgia and requires residency in the state. The role allows for remote work when not traveling to customer sites.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $31.25/hr.
