    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer proficient in Altium for schematic capture and PCB layout to support sustaining efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with electrical design tools, embedded microcontrollers, and a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are essential.

    Responsibilities

    + Utilize Altium Enterprise for schematic capture and PCB layout.

    + Apply electrical design tools such as CAD software (e.g., Altium Enterprise) and simulation tools (e.g., SPICE).

    + Work with embedded microcontrollers, including MSP430, ARM7, and STM32, and development environments like IAR and KEIL.

    + Design and layout circuits and PCBs, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations for wearable consumer electronics.

    + Program in C and assembly languages.

    + Use various development tools and instruments, including oscilloscopes, meters, SPI bus analyzers, Pscpice, packet sniffers, emulators, JTAG debugging interfaces, logic analyzers, and function generators.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical information clearly and concisely.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency with Altium Enterprise for schematic capture and PCB layout.

    + Experience with electrical design tools such as CAD software and simulation tools (e.g., SPICE).

    + Knowledge of embedded microcontrollers (MSP430, ARM7, STM32) and development environments (IAR, KEIL).

    + Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, circuit design, and PCB layout.

    + Proficiency in C and assembly language programming.

    + Experience with development tools and instruments such as oscilloscopes, meters, SPI bus analyzers, Pscpice, packet sniffers, emulators, JTAG debugging interfaces, logic analyzers, and function generators.

    + Knowledge of industry standards and regulations for wearable consumer electronics products.

    + Excellent communication skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Knowledge of Wifi, cellular, and Bluetooth technologies.

    + R&D experience.

    Work Environment

    The work environment includes collaboration with cross-functional teams in a dynamic setting. You will utilize various development tools and instruments. The role may involve working with wearable consumer electronics, requiring adherence to industry standards and regulations.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $165000.00/yr.
