Job Title: Control Systems Engineer

Job Description

Join a dynamic team to develop and implement advanced control systems and strategies for a variety of projects. You will play a crucial role in designing, programming, and troubleshooting PLCs, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

+ Develop control systems and strategies to meet project requirements.

+ Program PLCs using ladder logic.

+ Conduct system diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and correct issues in real-time.

+ Develop and program HMI screens.

+ Perform system simulations and testing to ensure functionality and performance.

+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

+ Develop specifications and detailed documentation for control system design.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in electrical and automation systems, including PLC programming.

+ Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs.

+ High attention to detail and a focus on quality.

+ Excellent electrical and programming troubleshooting skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with vision systems, robotic components, and conveyor systems.

+ Ability to move interdepartmentally depending on interest and ability.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
