    The team is currently seeking a motivated Breakfast Cook\. This is a full\-time role with shifts that typically run from 5a\-1p\. Open availability including nights, weekends and holidaysrequiredas needed\.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience as a line cook\. Breakfast line cook experience is a must\! Hotel cook experience is highly preferable\.

    What will I be doing?

     

    As a Cook, you wouldbe responsible forpreparing food itemsin accordance withrecipes and established standards in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability\. Specifically, you wouldbe responsible forperforming the following tasks to the highest standards:

     

    Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards

     

    Maintain cleanliness andcomply withfood sanitation standards at all times

     

    Manage guest orders in a friendly,timelyand efficient manner

     

    Ensure knowledge of menu and all food products

     

    Stock andmaintaindesignated food station\(s\)

     

    Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen

     

    Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations

     

    Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items, as needed

     

    The hourly rate is $20 \- $22 and is based on experience\.
