This is an onsite position, 3 days a week at our Downtown Columbus, Ohio office.

Join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Regional Bank!

Regional Banking is a dynamic and rapidly growing segment of Huntington Bank. As a member of the Business Lending Product team you will contribute to the Regional Bank’s goals by assisting with creating and deploying pricing strategies as well as developing and adapting products that support balance and revenue growth.

We are seeking a talented and driven individual for this early career opportunity who has financial reporting & analysis and strong data and dashboard skills. Some business banking lending or product knowledge is ideal.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

+ Analyzes and reviews products for profitability and recommends changes to maximize profitability

+ Retrieve data and analyze trends to help define strategy and tactics to meet segment goals

+ Effectively visualize and summarize work product for a variety of audiences

+ Key support for our Small Business Branch network

+ Deliver KPIs & standard reporting to Senior Bank leadership

+ Ownership over ad-hoc analysis/insights

+ Maintain awareness of new trends and developments in marketing and products

+ Provide bank personnel with information and training necessary to successfully promote the product to meet expectations

+ Perform other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree

+ Minimum of 3 years of financial reporting, data analysis, and/or dashboard development experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience or knowledge of business lending or business banking products

+ Financial analysis, strategic planning, and problem-solving

+ Ability to create dashboards

+ (Tableau, or Power BI) experience

+ SAS, SQL, R, or Python to query large databases and manipulate large datasets.

+ Advanced Excel skills including data analysis, complex modeling, and automation using formulas and macros

+ Strong attention to detail and an ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

+ Ability to manage a queue of deliverables & requests with minimum supervision

+ Strong written and verbal communications skills

+ Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively across diverse teams

+ Experience with MS Word and PowerPoint

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, mathematical disciplines Business Information Systems, or Computer Science
