Job Description

As an Electron Beam Lithography Technologist, you will play a critical role in developing and demonstrating new applications for our high-productivity e-beam lithography platform. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams and customers to create and validate novel writing techniques, contributing to the advancement of semiconductor manufacturing.

Responsibilities

+ Develop and demonstrate new applications for the e-beam lithography platform.

+ Collaborate with engineering teams and customers to create and validate novel writing techniques.

+ Integrate and test equipment hardware and software capabilities.

+ Process wafers and maintain/calibrate equipment in a cleanroom environment.

Essential Skills

+ Deep understanding of and hands-on experience with lithography processes.

+ Familiarity with semiconductor equipment, such as vacuum, high voltage, and electron beams.

+ Significant semiconductor process development experience.

+ Integration and testing of equipment hardware and software capabilities.

+ Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Specific experience with e-beam lithography systems and processes.

+ Ability to create GDS or OASIS layout test patterns.

+ Proficiency in proximity effect correction (PEC, OPC, ILT, etc.) or other mask data preparation.

+ Knowledge of advanced packaging, CMOS, photonics, MEMS, or SiC flows.

+ Familiarity with image processing software.

+ Experience with Python or other programming languages.

+ Experience with resist selection or formulation.

+ Skills in simulating electron-resist interactions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
