HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique\.

What your day\-to\-day will be like:

+ **Lead Technical Execution & Code Quality**

- Hands on Development of Software Solutions

- Perform deep code reviews with a focus on performance optimization, secure coding practices, and adherence to architectural patterns \(e\.g\., domain\-driven design, microservices\)\.

- Enforce CI/CD standards, including pipeline configuration, test gating, and artifact promotion workflows\.

- Evaluate and propose new frameworks, design patterns, or service enhancements to improve performance and user experience\.

How you will collaborate with others:

+ Lead a team of software engineers and technical staff, ensuring best practices are followed\.

+ Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to define project scopes and objectives\.

+ Communicate with partners to report progress and address concerns\.

What deliverables you will take ownership of:

+ Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate into our company\.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve high\-level technical issues\.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

+ Five \(5\) years of professional work experience in Technology or a related field

+ Four \(4\) years of experience in software development with a track record of technical leadership

+ Three \(3\) years of experience with Java, Micro\-services and related Frameworks like Spring Boot

+ Proficiency in languages such as Java and Java Front end technologies like Node js, Angular, React etc\.

+ Willing to work a hybrid work schedule near our Dallas or Memphis office location

+ Travel up to 15%

It would be useful if you have:

+ Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6 years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12 years of Technology related experience

+ Seven \(7\) years of professional work experience in Software Engineering or a related field

+ Python and C Development Experience
