HIRING FOR WIRE HARNESS ASSEMBLERS IN ROBERTS, WISCONSIN!

2nd shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 AM Monday - Friday

Pay: $19.50/hour

Responsibilities

+ Follow work instructions and SOPs to complete wire harness and cable assemblies.

+ Perform tasks including crimping, splicing, soldering wire to wire, and heat shrinking protective coatings over wires.

+ Document work in a traveler that follows each job through the entire process.

+ Handle a variety of jobs that may require standing or sitting for the entirety of the shift.

Essential Skills

+ 1+ year of manufacturing experience, preferably in electronic or electromechanical assembly

+ Ability to read a tape measure

+ Flexibility to work on a variety of jobs

+ Ability to stand for 8 hours a day

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Strong attendance record

+ Willingness to learn

+ Ability to differentiate between colors

Work Environment

The work environment is extremely clean, well-lit, and temperature-regulated. The facility has a peaceful and quiet atmosphere where employees appear to enjoy their work and support one another. Employees are allowed to wear one earbud to listen to music while working. The schedule includes two paid 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch. The work schedule is Monday to Friday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.50/hr.
